Country provides so much financial budget allocated for the populist programs and development, but the process is problematic drainage fund, how the money or the budget will be able to properly and appropriately channeled.
Corruption is a virus of poverty, spending so much money of the budget will not be able to give any effect, because the virus of corruption is still alive. Whatever form of development programs, whether it's a large scale, be it a small scale, it will not be able maximum works if the disease of corruption still breed in the hearts of the officials.
An example of the dangers of the virus of corruption is China. China is a very big country, China is a very wealthy country, but the country had experienced obstacles in the development process because at the time China was still became a corrupt country, and finally China changed its laws and punish the corruptor to death. Corruption in Indonesia can’t be imagined anymore, corruption occurs in all of sectors. Attempts to remove the culture of corruption will never work well. "Are you able to clean up the floor if you use a dirty broom?".
Countries will be devastated because of corruption. Almost half of the people of Indonesia live in poverty. They have no hope because they are leaded by a corrupt government.
